Sharon makes up the second Director and has a fantastic eye to detail when it comes to the finishing touches. Sharon works closely with clients regarding kitchen and bathroom design, decoration, furnishings, fixtures and fittings and overall use of space. 

  Mikey is a Project Manager at S & P. A confident and energetic individual who has good business acumen and the ability to prioritise and balance workloads. Highly motivated with a proven track record for successfully delivering minor & capital works projects and is someone who can hit the ground running with a high degree of autonomy as well as being an effective team player. 

Lee is a Civil / Structural Engineer with 20 years’ experience in Finite Element Analysis (Static and Dynamic) undertaking analysis and design projects from conception to completion. Lee has provided full structural designs for various types of projects, from new dwellings to large scale domestic developments, providing designs for the substructure, superstructure and retaining walls.  

Connor is a creative, confident & passionate Architectural Technologist with 5+ years’ experience in residential,

educational & commercial building projects covering RIBA stages 0-6. Expertise in Planning Policy,

Building Regulations, Construction Detailing, Design Co-ordination & Clash Detection. 

Alice is our administration lead and our first point of contact for our private clients.  Alice is enthusiastic and demonstrates a positive work ethic, consistently providing exceptional customer service, valuing our clients time and going above and beyond to exceed their expectations.
